A large and beautiful original country French provincial farmhouse dining table.
Originating from the Loire Valley in central France, circa late 19th century.
Four plank chestnut table top with good grain detail and generations of wear. A super side-on bread slide in pine with shaped chestnut knobs and a single frieze drawer with iron ring pull.
Fruitwood legs with stretchers to each end for added strength and stability. Historically added and well-crafted foot extensions or replacements.
Fully restored yet retaining its warmth of character and immense rustic charm.
Comfortably seats 8 people.
