Consisting of an 18th century Italian coffer that is believed to have been converted to a desk in France, circa 1920s.
Eight pedestal drawers and a further central drawer with original working lock and key. Classic French metal swing handles to all drawers.
Three plank solid oak desk top with large cleated ends and the most beautifully aged patina and colour.
Decoratively hand carved oak coffer/desk frontage with a pair of figured heads and four vertical columns.
Beautifully crafted, converted and restored. Ready to take centre-stage.
