19th Century English Haberdashery Counter
A late 19th century restored Cornish haberdashery or drapers counter.
Originating from St. Ives, and likely circa 1890. Mostly pine with an oak counter top and skirt.
Four large, deep drawers of equal proportions with their original brass inset drop handles.
The oak top has its brass one meter rule and lots of age through wear, including some minor and now faded old water marks.
Well panelled pine back and sides making for super central positioning within its space.
Sympathetically restored to retain its originality, character and history. Destined for a new life as a statement kitchen island or retail centrepiece.
